As a Customer Service Representative for Sonixpress:
– Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
– To always portray Sonixpress in a positive light.
– To work closely with Creative Team which is in-charge of creative content.
– To work closely with sales and marketing team promoting weekly and monthly promotion.
– To handle incoming telephone , live chat and email inquiry, issues or complaints from customers relating to Sonixpress products or services.
– Respond to incoming customer telephone calls, identify, meet and exceed customers’ expectations in a timely manner. Provide a polite, professional and accurate response in accordance with agreed service standards.
– Record, produce and prepare any statistics and information required by the Management in relation to the preparation and production of reports as well as occasionally produce simple performance-based reports to Team Leader.
– Update trouble ticket as per customer issues or complaint.
– Escalate issue to relevant departments when required.
– Candidate who able to multitask is needed.
– Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
– Working in shift base (Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 12 pm)
